Group Orientation Adventures 

Have a group with new members? We can help! Let us create a custom program to help integrate your new members. Through a blend outdoor activities and experiential design, we can help bridge connections and build community.

Designed to promote group development and team-building, our Team Development Programs are purposely tailored to meet the specific goals of your group. Custom create your own learning environment with a blend of our outdoor guided adventures.

Who are custom programs for? What activities can we include?

WVU student groups, WVU faculty/staff/professionals and community groups are all welcome . We work with over 10,000 participants from all over the greater Morgantown community annually!

High Ropes & Aerial Adventure

Take your adventure to new heights! Go above and choose between three different high element options. High course activities are designed to enhance communication, promote teamwork and develop program solving techniques. 

  • Max Group Size: 55

  • Seasons: Year-round
Low Ropes

Low Ropes & Portable Initiatives

Low ropes and portable initiatives can be an effective way approach team development. They are also our most accessible elements. These activities can be held at the WVU Outdoor Education Center - or done remotely at any location!

  • Max Group Size: 100+
  • Length: 2.5 - 8 hours
  • Intensity: Low to Moderate
  • Seasons: Year-round

Guided Outdoor Adventures

Hiking, biking, kayaking and climbing. Lean into the expertise of Adventure WV, and include some of regions best outdoor adventures. Explore Coopers Rock, Cheat Lake or do a travel day to any of WV's more iconic outdoor locations.

  • Length: 2.5 - 8 hours
  • Intensity : Low to Moderate
  • Seasons: Spring, Summer, Fall

Combination Programs and Overnight

Interested in a full day experience  that incorporates both high rope, low rope or outdoor adventure options? Want to maximize your group's experience and schedule an overnight? Custom create and combine any of our activity options.
